Nancy Stevens Wins Teaching Award for Computer Science

Nancy Stevens honored by BOE
At the Board of Education meeting at First Flight High School on September 12, the Board recognized computer science teacher, Nancy Stevens. At the Summer CTE conference in Greensboro, Stevens won one of the most prestigious education awards in the state - the Orus B. Sutton Award.  Dr. Orus Sutton, from North Carolina, taught business educators in North Carolina and nationally. One conference attendee is presented with this award each year.
